Super Easy Veggie of the Week: Broccoli

Cover 1/2 your dinner plate with steamed broccoli....
it goes with just about anything!


Needs to cook for only 5-6 minutes or it will get mushy,
so don't wander off.


Leftovers!
Start out your day with a scrambled egg and the leftover broccoli.

Steamed vegetables are great!! I steam all my veges and even tilapia filets. Then eat with some spices and a sliver of oliver oil poured on top. I have recently discovered steamed Kohlrabi. It's just as good as broccoli! All veges are delicious and nutritious when they are steamed!
